The "Room Management, Reservation and Planning" module allows you to manage the reservation and planning of your business rooms or for your training institute.

Below are the features of Module:

- Introduce all the rooms in your room in the module;

- Enter all the information related to your Room: Name of the room, the idemensions, the photos, the person in charge, etc.

- Enter reservations for each Room by entering the start and end dates of the reservation;

- Manage the status of your rooms: available or unavailable or room status by date;

- Manage the status of your reservations: draft, approved or refused by a reservation approver;

- Track reservations within a time interval;

- Generate the receipt for each reservation in PDF format, print and file the receipt;

- Follow reservations in the calendar of reservation schedules;
