ORDERTRACKER is an advanced module for Dolibarr, designed to facilitate the management of customer and supplier order backlogs. Based on open orders and completed deliveries, ORDERTRACKER allows users to easily track partial deliveries, highlighting backlogs that require special attention.

This intuitive module offers the possibility to print a PDF of the backlogs directly from the order concerned, thus simplifying the communication process with customers and suppliers. When you close an order by classifying it as "classified/delivered", the backlog automatically disappears from the display, ensuring clear and organized management of current orders.

ORDERTRACKER also allows you to view the backlogs of supplier orders based on open orders and deliveries received. If the order is classified as "complete" or "cancelled", the corresponding backlog is removed from the display.

Users can filter backorders by product category, supplier, order or product reference, with a backorder total displayed at the bottom of the screen, indicating the volume of pending turnover. A clear status also indicates whether the product is shippable or not. In addition, an overview of pending orders is accessible from the order dashboard, providing a quick overview of the situation.
